Clark Lindsey over at Hobby Space points to this Carribbean Spaceport website about efforts to set up a facility on the Dutch Antillean Island of Curacao. The plan would be to attract Virgin Galactic or another suborbital tourism provider to use the facility. It’s a cool looking website; I just don’t have any idea about the seriousness or prospects of this effort by the Space Horizon group.
