WASHINGTON (NASA PR) — Romania has become the 16th country to sign the Artemis Accords, affirming its commitment to a common set of principles to guide cooperation among nations participating in 21st century space exploration.

VIENNA, Austria (MVA PR) – On 6 February 2020, the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), represented by ROSA President, Dr. Phys. Marius- Ioan Piso, and the Moon Village Association (MVA), a non-governmental organisation based in Vienna, represented by President Dr. Giuseppe Reibaldi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Having a common purpose of promoting space activities and science public outreach and education, the parties aim to strengthen the space sector’s workforce through career development, education and industry outreach, and gender equity.
