Rogue Space Systems Corporation Receives First Payment in the Industry for In-Space Services from Orbital Assembly Corp.

LACONIA, NH, January 12, 2022 (Rogue Space Systems PR) — Rogue Space Systems Corporation today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Orbital Assembly Corporation (OAC), the world’s first large-scale space construction company, to lease Orbital Robot (Orbots™) for its gravity-enabled platforms.

Along with the MOU, Rogue has also received OAC’s initial payment for the services covered under the agreement, a major milestone for the industry. Rogue is the first US-based space startup to secure a paying commercial customer for this type of orbital services. This also accelerates OAC’s efforts to deliver critical service resources for upcoming missions. This mission will demonstrate the construction of gravity-enabled structures Success will clearly demonstrate Orbital Assembly’s construction capabilities facilitated with Rogue Orbots.

Rogue Space and Firefly Aerospace Sign Launch Service Agreement

Part of a strategic collaboration to meet the growing demand for reliable in-space transport and access to  geostationary orbit (GEO), Rogue Space has contracted  Firefly as their first launch vehicle supplier  targeting an initial launch in Q3 2023. 

LACONIA, NH (August 30, 2021) Rogue Space Systems Corporation, a U.S. company that is developing a smart spacecraft program and is planning to offer transport, and in-space services to the growing space market, and Firefly Aerospace, a leading provider of economical and dependable launch vehicles, spacecraft, and in-space services, today announced they have signed a Launch Service Agreement (LSA). The agreement confirms that Rogue has secured the entire payload  mass capacity aboard a Firefly Alpha rocket, scheduled for liftoff from Cape  Canaveral  in the fall of 2023.

Rogue Space Systems Corporation, a developer of a fleet of satellite servicing spacecrafts, and Dawn Aerospace, a space transportation company, announced that a Cooperation Agreement has been signed between them

LACONIA, NH, May 19, 2021 (Rogue Space Systems PR) — Rogue Space Systems Corporation and Dawn Aerospace have signed a cooperation agreement where Rogue has selected Dawn Aerospace as their partner for spacecraft propulsion systems. The first project in their partnership is a 6-axis Reaction Control System (RCS) for their Laura, Charlie, Fred and Bob Orbot™ spacecraft programs. The resulting spacecraft(s) will include demonstration programs and missions as well as the deployment of Rogue’s Orbots™ destined to reside in LEO, MEO, GEO and Cislunar.
