Enisa Backs Sateliot with New Loan of 640,000 Euros for the Launch of its Second Nanosatellite

BARCELONA (Sateliot PR) — Enisa, the company under the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism dedicated to the alternative financing of innovative business projects, has backed Sateliot, the company that will put into orbit the first commercial constellation of 5G-IoT nanosatellites, with a new loan of 640,000 euros for the launch of its second nanosatellite.

The public body thus revalidates its confidence in the project by contributing to financing the company’s growth, after it already granted it a first line of financing of €200,000 in its early stages in 2019.

Sateliot is Finalizing the Closing of a Capital Increase of 10 Million Euros with Indra and Cellnex as New Partners
  • Indra is expected to enter this Series A of Sateliot with an approximate 10.5% stake in the company and Cellnex with another 3.5%
  • Sateliot expects to reach a turnover of more than 1 billion euros and an EBITDA of 370 million euros by 2025

MADRID Sateliot, the company that will put into orbit the first commercial constellation of 5G-IoT nanosatellites that will act as a coverage extension for mobile operators, is finalizing the closing of a capital increase divided into two tranches for 10 million euros through which Indra and Cellnex are incorporated as new shareholders and industrial partners.

Indra & Zero 2 Infinity Team Up
