Satellogic Announces Multiple Launch Agreement with SpaceX for its Next 68 Sub-Meter Resolution Earth Observation Satellites

(NASDAQ: SATL), a leader in sub-meter resolution Earth Observation (“EO”) data collection, announced today that it has signed a new Multiple Launch Agreement (“MLA”) with SpaceX reserving launch capacity for its next 68 satellites. This new MLA follows the current MLA covering 2022 launches, and confirms that SpaceX continues to be Satellogic’s preferred vendor for rideshare missions, meeting the capacity demands of Satellogic’s constellation roadmap and providing shorter periods between satellite development and deployment.

The business combination was approved at a special meeting of CFV stockholders on January 24, 2022. Beginning Wednesday, January 26, 2022, Satellogic’s Class A ordinary shares and warrants will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “SATL” and “SATLW,” respectively.

Satellogic Signs Agreement to Provide Dedicated Satellite Constellation to the Republic of Paraguay

CHARLOTTE, N.C., October 26, 2021 (Satellogic PR) — Satellogic, a leader in sub-meter resolution satellite imagery collection, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent (the “LOI”) with Agencia Espacial del Paraguay (“AEP”) to develop a Space-as-a-Service program for the country. As a result of this LOI, Satellogic and AEP will undertake various technological and scientific projects in accordance with AEP’s Institutional Strategic Plan and the Space Policy of Paraguay.

The LOI provides a framework for the start-up and development of a dedicated satellite constellation network. Satellogic’s Dedicated Satellite Constellation Program enables municipal, state, and national governments to manage a fleet of satellites over a specific area of interest and develop a geospatial imaging program at unmatched frequency, resolution, and cost.

The International Disasters Charter provides Earth observation data for use in monitoring and response activities, acquired by the satellites of its members, contributing partners, and data contributors, to support disaster response worldwide. The Charter Board Members unanimously approved Satellogic’s application to be a data contributor to the Charter in May 2021.
