Eutelsat Board of Directors Approves Merger with OneWeb

PARIS, 15 November 2022 (Eutelsat PR) — Following the issuance by the employee representative bodies of their opinion on the proposed combination between Eutelsat Communications and OneWeb announced on 26 July 2022, the Board of Directors of Eutelsat Communications (ISIN: FR0010221234 – Euronext Paris: ETL, “Eutelsat”) has approved the transaction.

Consequently, Eutelsat and the main shareholders of OneWeb (Bharti, the UK Government, Softbank and Hanwha) signed on November 14th the final combination agreement.

Research to Mend Broken Bones, Test Implantable Devices, and Inspire Future Explorers on Next Mission to International Space Station

Kennedy Space Center, Fla., November 14, 2022 (CASIS PR) – While millions of Americans plan for the upcoming holidays, a variety of critical research and supplies will head to the International Space Station (ISS) as part of SpaceX’s 26th Commercial Resupply Services mission (SpaceX CRS-26). Orion Spacecraft on the Way to the Moon

NASA launched the Artemis I mission to the moon on Wednesday in a 26-day uncrewed test of the Orion spacecraft that will take astronauts back to the moon for the first time since 1972.

ABL Space to Attempt Another RS1 Launch on Thursday

ABL Space Systems has delayed the maiden launch of its RS1 rocket another two days after scrubbing an attempt on Monday. “Yesterday’s scrub was due to a leaking valve in the pressurization system. The valve has been removed and replaced,” the company tweeted. “Due to high winds today and tomorrow, we are targeting our next launch attempt on Thursday 11/17 with a window opening at 1pm AKST (10pm UTC).” ABL […]
