VP Harris seems to genuinely enjoy these calls to the space station, at least where it involves women and minorities.
As space has been dumped off on the otherwise [potentially] largely empty/useless VP’s portfolio before, this could be a positive sign. Anyway, certainly better than the VP not being interested at all or calling for redirecting nasa funding to other priorities, etc.!
