SPARKS, Nev., November 05, 2020 (SNC PR) – Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), the global aerospace and national security company owned by Eren and Fatih Ozmen, today announced that former NASA Glenn Research Center Director and astronaut Janet Kavandi, Ph.D. has been named executive vice president of SNC’s Space Systems Group (SSG) business area based in Louisville, Colorado.

Kavandi will oversee all aspects of SNC’s space business including the much-anticipated first flight of its Dream Chaser® spaceplane, the world’s first commercial, non-capsule space vehicle capable of a runway landing. Dream Chaser is currently in full production and under NASA contract to perform at least six cargo missions to the International Space Station for the agency’s CRS-2 program.

“Janet is a natural and experienced space leader, respected scientist and accomplished astronaut,” said SNC Chairwoman and President Eren Ozmen. “In a year that has reminded us of the power of tenacity, technology and imagination to accomplish tremendous feats in space, it is only fitting that a leader of Janet’s experience and vision lead us into our exciting future. Alongside our partners at NASA, SNC will build a shining city in space which will be a beacon of inspiration for generations to come.”

Kavandi joined SNC in 2019 after 25 years of service with NASA, where she logged more than 33 days in space, traveling more than 13.1 million miles in 535 Earth orbits. She will lead SNC’s space business at an inflection point for the industry, as innovation is accelerating at a rapid pace and commercial space travel and commerce are on the horizon.

“I am honored to be leading SSG at this pivotal time in history for the company and for commercial space travel,” said SNC Executive Vice President of Space Systems Janet Kavandi, Ph.D. “When I left NASA, I knew that I wanted to be help make commercialization in space a reality — and, most importantly, to do it safely. I chose SNC due to the caliber of its people and due to the elegance of the Dream Chaser spaceplane transportation capability, which I feel is the most practical solution to the future of space travel.  I was also impressed with the breadth of SNC’s technological capabilities, from the LIFE habitat as a space destination to the Astro Garden® system to advanced propulsion systems, all of which are critical to support the exploration and colonization of our nearest celestial neighbors.”

Kavandi was selected as a NASA astronaut in 1994 as a member of the fifteenth class of U.S. astronauts. She completed three space flights in which she supported space station payload integration, capsule communications and robotics. She went on to serve as director of flight crew operations at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and then as director of NASA’s Glenn Research Center, where she directed cutting-edge research on aerospace and aeronautical propulsion, power and communication technologies. She retired from NASA in 2019 after 25 years of service. Janet holds degrees in chemistry and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry. She received two Presidential Rank Awards, two NASA Outstanding Leadership Medals, two Exceptional Service Medals, three NASA Space Flight Medals and the Distinguished Service Medal, NASA’s highest award. She was inducted into the Astronaut Hall of Fame in April 2019.

There’s an ex-FBI lawyer named Kevin Clinesmith who recently admitted falsifying documents in an investigation. This man committed the crime a few years ago, back before Joe Biden was even thinking about running for the Presidency again. Here is solid evidence that the FBI was cooking the books. Why would they have been doing that?

The media hasn’t really dug into that particular question, have they? Years have passed and ABC, CBS, NBC, NYT, WaPo have basically reported that this story is not worth covering, ie move along, nothing to see here.

The media has changed quite a bit since the Watergate Seven were front-page news. Some of those 7 men were caught breaking into the DNC HQ. The rest attempted to cover it up. Again the question: why? The media at the time thought it worth covering, and they kept digging. They called misinformation BS and kept going to uncover the crime.

The media has changed over the decades from an independent entity giving the public real journalism into something controlled – they are now pushing an agenda, they have their own narrative.
There’s a word for it: groupthink. Censorship in the US is now, it’s real and what will happen to our Republic if this doesn’t change?

“Long Live the King” is what is traditionally said when a king dies. I suppose it can be said of republics too. I hope that things work out otherwise, but if Root Vegetable Joe and his coterie of prompters and string-pullers do manage to steal this election, what we have will no longer be a Republic in any meaningful sense of the word.

If the Republic could survive Clinton and survive Obama, the Republic can also survive Angry Joe Dementia and his handler Komrade Kommissar Kamala!

Clinton was simply a greedy horndog. We’ve had those before – Warren Harding comes to mind. Jack Kennedy, having been born rich, skipped the greed and was just a horndog.

But Clinton had no ambitions to “fundamentally transform” America as was the case with Obama. We did survive BHO, but we took a lot of damage doing it. I hope we have enough margin left to do so again if Biden actually pulls off his theft of the White House keys.

Even if that happens, though, his fellow Dems are already greasing the skids to ease him out. Kamala is pretty much a garden-variety opportunist like most of the Congressional Black Caucus. But she has long since demonstrated a complete lack of any ethical compass so she would probably be inclined to let the evil little weasels behind her throne run amok. That could be bad.

Let’s hope Trump is successful in overturning the rampant vote fraud perpetrated in several states this week and we never have to find out how bad a Biden-Harris administration would have been.

The last self-styled “king” we had was Obama. If Trump was really the “fascist” he’s perpetually accused of being, the whole Mueller thing would never have been countenanced and there would be mass graves in the Virginia horse country.

goofy what stopped him is that this is not Turkey or Russia

its over Trump world is being cancelled

If the Democrats are successful in making their blatant theft of this election stick, then, yeah, we are now Turkey or Russia. But that is not yet a fait accompli despite what the would-be state press is saying.

And if you think either Trump or Trumpism will, in any way, be “cancelled” even if the usurper moves into 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., you, as you so often do, badly misapprehend the situation.
