Things are about to get very busy, with four American launches and a Russian one planned over a three-day period beginning on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Try enough times and maybe it will.
Actually, most of our delays are weather related. But for years now these launch surges never quite work out. It is interesting to watch the slow evolution into responsive space launch as envisioned 20 years ago. It’s sssslllllooooowwwwlllllyyyy coming true.
Yes, having to land the booster at sea adds another variable to the weather equation.
I think Delta IV is still the worst delay generator. As for Falcon, kinda like Shuttle that way.
Yes it is when using the drone ships. Actually it is probably a bit worst as the Shuttle only had to worry about wind/cloud cover at the Abort sites while the size of the waves have major impact on the drone ship recovery.
Yeah. SpaceX have rescheduled the Starlink flight 13 launch to Monday September 28th at 10:22 AM EDT from Sunday.
