GLXP Update: Earthrise Space Foundation Gains Two New Sponsors
ORLANDO, Fla. (ESF PR) — Earthrise Space Foundation (ESF) is proud to announce Vision Engineering Solutions LLC and the Boca Bearings Company as new sponsors. Through their donations, the Foundation will be able to further our goals of supporting the education of our students and that of our community within STEM.
Vision Engineering Solutions, LLC provides advanced imaging and sensing solutions in aerospace applications for Defense, industry, and academic customers. Their products and services include: design, development, and operation of precision tracking and data collection systems; collection, analysis, and reporting of calibrated metrics and calibrated imagery; and physically accurate modeling and simulation. They are based in Central Florida with their main office located in the Central Florida Research Park.
Since 1987, the Boca Bearing Company has been dedicated to maintaining the world’s largest inventory of miniature bearings in all of the most popular sizes. For over 20 years they have been the experts at ceramic hybrid and full ceramic bearings. Their team of sponsored riders and drivers span the globe and many different sports. The company provided ESF with a generous donation through a recent crowdfunding campaign.
ESF is committed to research & development of spacecraft and spacecraft systems here in Central Florida. ESF is the host of Team Omega Envoy, the team competing for the Google Lunar XPRIZE. Their objective is to win the $30 million dollar competition for a private entity to land on the moon.
ESF is focused on furthering STEM education within our community through internships with local students. These students get hands on experiential opportunities by contributing to projects on site and are able to apply their experiences to their class work or pursuing jobs after graduation.

Earthrise Space Foundation (ESF) is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to provide hands-on technical and entrepreneurial experience to students in collaboration with industry and academic institutions. The main focus is to create technologies for commercial space transportation systems that focus on landing and operating on the lunar surface and other astronomical bodies, through low cost off-the-shelf reliable commercial space products, and support services. ESF efforts involve professionals from the aerospace industry working with aspiring engineers through challenging ventures, providing them with hands-on experience to prepare them for future employment in the entrepreneurial space industry.
