Space Frontier Foundation Selects Heinlein Business Plan Finalists

 

The Space Frontier Foundation has selected 10 finalists for the Heinlein NewSpace Business Plan Competition. The winner will be announced at the Apollo 11 Anniversary Gala during the NewSpace 2009 Conference at NASA Ames from July 17-20.

The finalists include:

• Flagsuit, LLC
• Next Giant Leap
• NoumeniaC, Inc.
• PD Aerospace
• Santa Clara Satellite
• Syntiant Social Systems
• Thunderbird Communication

There is a $5000 prize for the winner, who will have the opportunity to  present its business plan at Space Investment Summit 7. The winning team also will be invited to the Aerospace Venture Forum hosted by the Space Angels Network.

• Brandi Gallegos, formerly with Barclays Global Investors.
