Peter J. Brown has written an excellent analysis of the U.S.-China space relationship as the Obama Administration prepares to take office. It deals with what seems to be a new approach to Sino-American relations, issues with U.S. ITAR restrictions on exports, and military matters. Brown is a satellite technology writer from Maine who writes about the Chinese space effort for Hong Kong-based Asia Times Online.
